Terms of Service

If you agree to follow these terms, you can use the Games. Don't do any of this: (a) use the Games to make money or for anything other than playing for fun; (b) use cheats, exploits, unauthorized software, or mods with the Games; (c) give anyone access to the Games in ways we don't allow, like private servers or proxy services; (d) mess with the Games in any way, whether that's the Servers, the Clients, or how other players experience things; (e) break any laws while using the Games.

You're saying you have the legal right to agree to this where you live, or if you're a parent or guardian, that you can agree on behalf of a minor in your care.

Everything about the Games belongs to us or our partners. That includes accounts, code, binaries, text, images, 3D models, artwork, data, audio, and music.

We can suspend, delete, or change accounts whenever we want, for any reason, without telling you first.

We're not responsible for anything that happens because of the Games or how you use them. Lost progress, virtual items, accounts, rankings, data, or your computer breaking—that's on you. Same goes for service interruptions. Connection failures, bugs that block access, lag, network issues—we're not liable for any of it. If something we do causes you to lose money or deal with legal trouble, you agree to cover our costs and keep us out of it.

We can end this agreement whenever we want, for any reason, without notice.

We can change these terms or the Games themselves anytime, whenever we decide to.
